About Wildflower Nutrition

My health took a big turn in the fall of 2020. I had just come off hormonal birth control after a decade of use, and soon after, I got hit with a rough case of COVID-19. From that point on, something just felt “off.”

I did what most of us do — I went to my doctor, had the labs run, and was told everything was “normal.” The suggestions? Go back on birth control or keep doing what I was doing. Deep down, I knew there had to be more to the story.


That’s when I started seeking out functional health practitioners, dietitians, and naturopaths. At the time, I was struggling with bloating, fatigue, weight changes, and irregular cycles. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I noticed significant improvement in my health. From there, it became a process of peeling back the layers — restoring balance and learning how to truly nourish my body.


My interest in nutrition started much earlier — I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2007. However it was my health journey in 2020 that showed me just how powerful food and lifestyle can be when it comes to healing.


Now, as a Certified Nutrition Specialist®  and board-certified health coach, I help others find the root causes behind their symptoms and create a personalized path toward feeling like themselves again.
